WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY ABOUT ME
When
our Mother passed away, my sister and I had to sell her house. The place was not in good shape and the recession made
it a tough time to sell, but Ron was tireless in his efforts to show the place or drive attention to it. It was obvious this
was not going to be a great commission for a realtor, but Ron treated our property as if it was going to be a million dollar
sale and managed our client relationship as if it were the only one he had.

Ron is wonderful! His professional knowledge
and insight into the Savannah market was invaluable in helping us find our home, but it went far beyond that.
Ron truly cares—he listens to you and gets the job done. We will call on him for all our real estate needs and highly
recommend him to anyone who needs help. We love you Ron! Annie,

Ron, from
the start you treated us more like a neighbor than a client—and now we really are! Thanks for all your hard
work getting us into our favorite Savannah neighborhood. You went out of your way to help and we’ll always be grateful.
Julia and David Hall, June 2011 New Port Richey, Florida
Ron, I'm so glad my old friend and your neighbor recommended you to represent
me in my recent search for property in Savanah. You made it easy, finding a range of properties that met my
criteria and enabling me to focus on one quickly and decisively. The closing involved many counteroffers, but the
final price made it worth the effort. As I move forward on developing the site or if I decide to sell, I look forward
to working with you again.

Ron,
thank you so much—we love you! You’re a star! Again, thank you so much for all your hard work and kindness, we'll
always remember it. xoxoxo -- Glenn & Brandi Edwards, 10.3.2010
Congratulations Glenn and Brandi - I know you'll be happy in your new home!
xoxo Ron
"Ron, thanks so much for helping us purchase our first home. It wasn't
easy with us being so far away, but you made it as painless as possible. You really went above and beyond and we appreciate
it so much. We can’t wait to be in Savannah permanently next spring!" --Jayme
& Adam Keller, Anchorage, Alaska
Jayme and Adam Keller are a young couple who recently purchased a
house on Lincoln Street in an area I call the "HGTV neighborhood." In 2007, the Historic Savannah
Foundation, along with several area property owners, were instrumental in getting a $25,000 grant from the cable network to
restore an important building catty-corner from Jayme and Adam’s new home. The grant did more than restore a building.
It was the catalyst for a grassroots improvement project that elevated the whole neighborhood--from a weekend of open
houses and block parties to restoration of several homes and new in-fill construction where once were empty lots.

Lots of folks are looking to retire in this beautiful
city and I'm happy to help them find their dream home. This Miami couple moved here in April, 2010 to one
of the best locations in Ardsley Park.
"Ron, looking for a house is hard work and looking for the right realtor even harder. When
we decided to look for a house in Savannah, we came across Ron’s picture on the Keller Williams Realty website and thought,
lets email him with our questions. He was on his way out of town but assured us he'd get back to us as
soon as he returned...and he did! He was very personable and guided us each and every step of the way. Ron became
not only our realtor but a friend as well. We looked at many houses in all parts of town, but his patience
never failed. When it came to deciding between two houses, Ron was there to offer guidance and it was just what we needed.
The house we chose is just right for us and we couldn't be happier. Our neighbors are friendly and the part of town
perfect especially our block. I highly recommend Ron Melander to be your realtor. He will definitely
guide you in the right direction and I know you will be happy with your choice."

A note from Peter Armato, former Executive Director of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority 1993-1999:
I almost shed tears of joy when I saw the photos of the excavation of Ellis Square in your newsletter! At long
last, the plans that so many of us advocated and mapped out during the mid-1990s, are moving forward. How thrilling! This project will have as
big an impact for Downtown Savannah as the restoration of Post Office Square did in Boston's Financial District.
I had the good fortune to walk through that urban space five days a week when I directed a Boston-based economic development
organization, and I can't wait to see the positive transformation in Savannah's City Market district. Not sure when our next trip to Savannah will be, but Randy and I
have at least one more reason to make it soon.
Thanks so much for sending your informative newsletter, Ron! Peter
